尖沙嘴近70年歷史的平民冰室 - 星座冰室 我呢晚就同朋友仔係尖沙嘴食晚飯,朋友仔打聽到香檳大廈有一間老字號餐廳即將被迫遷,於是就襯仲有機會去"考古"啦星座冰室於1966年開業,最初由好幾位粵語片明星夾份開設,及後經多年易手,最後由現時店主林先生經營至今。無論餐廳裡面定係外面,都可以見到60年代香港唔少既歲月痕跡,實在好難想像到當年屬於社會上流人士既聚腳地變成而家既平民餐廳我今次如果唔係有朋友帶路,我係絕對無可能搵到咁隱蔽既小店。雖然餐廳其實可容納30人,不過可能真係幾隱蔽,所以晚市黎到都係得客人幾位,餐廳經營都應該幾有壓力講到野食部分,餐牌上面見得最多就係番茄同牛有關既菜式,向侍應查詢後,得知番茄醬係以新鮮番茄製成,牛肉就選用新鮮貨,所以為左客人健康著想盡量用呢2樣野去製作菜式,難怪連營養師都寫文推薦大家黎呢間餐廳食。我就叫左個番茄豬扒麵,賣相就一般,好似我地自己係屋企整既樣,但係番茄麵被叫得做「隱藏版美食」,個個慕名而黎食,就真係有佢道理,我自問就真心整唔出佢個味道,真係食得出好新鮮同好有心機 ! 朋友仔就叫左個西多士,麵包油炸到金黃香脆,加上煉奶同牛油,食材睇落簡單但佢試過話絕對令佢好難忘。飲品我地分別叫左熱檸蜜同凍好立克,我果杯甜度適中,有足足4塊檸檬片令杯野酸度都夠既,而朋友果杯佢飲完唔覺有咩太大特別就唔多講啦要係尖沙嘴搵到50-60蚊一個主食加杯飲品,而且食材用新鮮做主題,係非常難既一件事,性價比非常高,我推薦大家點都去食番一次試下,提一提餐廳而家位置會經營到月底,而下月會搬去隔離街,但就算食得番同樣味道,但影相場景就會無哂,大家要去食就把握時間啦 ! 星座冰室地址 : 尖沙咀金巴利道16-20號香檳大廈地庫36號舖電話 : 2721 2908營業時間 : 星期一至六及公眾假期 08:00 - 21:30 continue reading

聽左好耐星座冰室有機會隨時執笠,好奇心驅使上終於特登來食一個靚午!香港嘅星座冰室係一間有歷史意義嘅茶餐廳,佢嘅番茄牛肉麵出名到爆,仲畀人叫做香港茶餐廳四大奇食之一添!🍅🍜 佢哋喺尖沙咀香檳大廈嘅地庫,自1966年開業以嚟,成日都保持住60年代嘅古舊風格,座位又多,冇限制你幾時要走。🕰️雖然有名氣,但去個日下午其實都唔係滿座。星座冰室嘅番茄麵湯底用嘅係新鮮番茄整,湯色清澈,味道酸酸甜甜,好開胃。你可以揀唔同嘅麵條,好似通心粉、公仔麵或者出前一丁,同番茄湯一齊食。🍝 如果你鍾意芝士,都可以揀芝士番茄撈蛋麵,上面有成塊芝士,同番茄同雞蛋混埋一齊,味道好濃郁。🧀🥚 (但個日我唔係好想加芝士食 =P)除咗招牌嘅番茄麵,星座冰室仲有其他茶餐廳常見嘅小食同飲品,好似油醬多士、奶醬多士、西洋菜蜜同埋秘製碎豬扒等等。🥪🥤 至于星座冰室嘅西多士同凍奶茶,嗰個係佢哋嘅招牌菜同埋特色飲品。西多士係港式茶餐廳經典嘅小食,濃郁嘅奶茶配上金黃酥脆嘅吐司,簡單又好味,好似返到細個嗰陣時咁。凍奶茶就係冰室文化嘅一部分,係香港飲食文化入面好重要嘅一環,一杯正宗嘅港式凍奶茶,口感順滑,味道香濃,係好多香港人嘅情感寄託。🥤🧊雖然星座冰室嘅食物味道係幾好,但都店入面嘅環境衛生其實可以再好啲, 🕒 但就算咁,星座冰室都係靠佢嘅獨特美食同懷舊氣氛,聽講周末都吸引咗好多食客嚟試。👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 continue reading

喺電視見到介紹,懷舊小舖就嚟執笠,膽粗粗試吓同朋友過嚟try try。不出所料真係好多人排隊,好彩我哋好快入到去。可惜嘅係,入邊嘅安排極混亂,我諗同多咗咁多突如其來嘅客人有關。等咗陣總算試到佢個蕃茄牛肉撈蛋通粉。賣相奇差,不過味道異常好食!估唔到蕃茄蛋都可以做到咁獨特嘅口感同埋味道,如果呢款食物放喺靚餐廳,一定有market!熱潮相信好快減退,喺呢間小店未結業之前,大家不妨一試。 continue reading
