今次同班friend行完銅鑼灣，上咗黎呢間餐廳打邊爐。門面裝修幾有格調，食物擺盤都非常有特色。🔥花膠雞湯鍋真係吓親我哋！個花膠大到誇張，成舊磚咁大塊浮喺湯面，滾起後先飲碗湯，金黃色雞濃郁到起膠，雞肉仲好嫩滑，半隻雞長加埋隻花膠，食完都飽了🥩蘋果木煙燻手切牛頸脊牛頸脊切得厚薄適中，落鍋燙幾秒就食得，肉質軟嫩而且非常濃牛味，真心推介🥢脆鯇魚落滾湯裡浸一陣，夾起時魚肉依然爽口彈牙，咬落「咯咯」聲彈彈彈牙😬 緊係回味無窮🥗蔬菜拼盤勝在新鮮同量多，有齊時令菜心、生菜、金菇、蓮藕片等等👍🏻🔥餃子拼盤放咗入一個類似迴轉木馬嘅盤入面，開咗睇住佢轉轉下都幾搞笑🤣 5款餃子～包括黑松露蟹肉餃、蟹皇豚肉餃、韭菜豬肉餃、龍蝦餃、鮮蝦雲吞。每款都好特別🧋飲品蜂蜜菊花烏龍茶，用咗個地球儀形狀上枱🤣 解膩一流
