To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得小時候爸媽有時候會帶我們到翠亨邨飲茶,他們的點心好吃是記憶中必然的事。早前想起時就提議一起到翠亨邨懷舊。今天是家庭日,我們大概一點半到達尖沙咀美麗華,酒樓這時候處於8成滿座,還不斷有客人相繼入座。幸好我們有訂位了。我們看了其他食客的推薦,和以前吃過的經驗,入座後很快就點好了點心。我們點的不算多,主要想品嚐在翠亨邨的味道沒有改變。菲林芝麻卷每枱必點的經典,口感扎實中帶柔軟,很清香。不太甜錦滷雲呑和現在流行的一顆顆炸雲呑不一樣。這裡是傳統考功夫的做法,炸了包著蝦膠的溥溥雲呑皮,再有一碗甜酸汁。甜酸汁內有蝦,叉燒,青椒,魷魚。很有風味。現在做這菜式的酒樓買少見少了。翠亨邨有名的叉燒包包皮軟熟,不乾身菜苗餃餡料十足,大大隻。而且內有大大隻蝦,蝦很新鮮爽口。上湯煎餃又一道買少見少的菜式,餃子放在湯裏一會剛好吸收了湯的甜味,但不會變淋,內裡口感可保持脆口,味道特別,吃過令人口味
