To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就算喺呢邊返工，唔係睇人上網介紹都未必識嚟，睇佢哋social media有做到會服務，如果下次公司開party食呢啲就正🤤是日晚餐有六款主食，包埋餐湯、飲品、甜品，佢哋嘅擺盤好精緻，啲碟又靚，完全超出我對工廈餐廳嘅想像餐湯係雜菜湯，配個小小芝麻餐包，飲品揀咗凍檸茶，茶底清澈唔澀都唔錯，甜品一份有三件小蛋糕，朱古力brownie幾香濃唔錯是日晚餐揀咗全天然嘅燒美國Prime級牛扒 $248，加$50可轉做dry aged，肉質粉嫩好高質，呢個價錢真係算好抵食！另外單點一個燒法國帶子配自家製墨魚汁扁意粉 $158，帶子都係靚嘢大大粒幾鮮甜，墨魚汁麵彈牙好香墨汁味，再有少少芝士粉增加風味
