今日同舊同事去咗旺角呢間老川皇食川式燒烤,呢到另外仲主打水煮魚同埋酸菜魚、夫妻肺片、辣子肥腸等等嘅菜式!首先食個冷盤口水雞先,呢個真係唔錯,集齊麻辣同埋鮮嫩喺到,雞嘅皮夠薄身,啲肉都好嫩口!兩個人食都叫咗好多款串燒,串燒可以揀辣嘅程度,不過就唔係一樣樣咁揀辣度嘅,係成張單一齊落,我哋揀咗少辣,串燒嘅味道大致上都係食到係孜然粉味,肉質都OK,唔會韌!估唔估到呢個係咩呢??! 其實係牛舌嚟,第一次見呢個切法,超厚切!真係要分幾啖食先得!呢個唔同平時食開嘅燒茄子,呢個係冇肉碎嘅,但佢好在燒得唔會太乾身,啲茄子肉濕濕哋、軟軟哋,加埋啲孜然粉,真係好惹味!

兩個人食都叫咗好多款串燒,串燒可以揀辣嘅程度,不過就唔係一樣樣咁揀辣度嘅,係成張單一齊落,我哋揀咗少辣,串燒嘅味道大致上都係食到係孜然粉味,肉質都OK,唔會韌!
