To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生牛肉河黎講,都係大家去食越南野一個常叫既選擇,今日呢個又做成點呢?牛肉份量足夠既,而又唔會切到紙咁薄既,厚度係合格既。 食落味道方面就正正常常,唔係用好cheap雞一食落就得肥膏無肉果隻,但幾十蚊你都唔期望佢用好新鮮既牛肉家啦。咁粉好如何呢?佢呢種河粉就比較幼身,食落都幾滑既,米香就無乜。湯方面我真係好驚重味精,食完口乾到死咁樣,今日呢個都有口乾,但唔算過份既,可以接受既。Overall黎講,如果你係附近做野,下就經過唔洗等位,咪食下囉,要等既話就食第2間啦😄
