To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路經元朗,終於去左試聞名已久的"永年車仔麵", 懷著一點的期望……誰知一直在研究吃什麼好, 出名的豬腸, 羅白, 豬紅等, 一直等呀等, 後面已經唔見左龍尾, 排左十幾分鐘, 終於都到我了,見個哥哥仔將一大殼類似味精的物體,放入湯中, 仲有魚露, 蠔油等調味, 攪拌而成為湯底,好似醬汁咁,好似幾惹味!!!湯底……味夠濃,但太味精了。油麵……太淋了。豬腸……入味,算是最好食。豬紅……冇乜特別。雞亦……肉質有點好鞋羅白……入味,而真的有點揸。又一次見證"見面不如聞名"

湯底……味夠濃,但太味精了。
油麵……太淋了。
豬腸……入味,算是最好食。
豬紅……冇乜特別。
雞亦……肉質有點好鞋
羅白……入味,而真的有點揸。
又一次見證"見面不如聞名"
