以前食海鮮最鍾意去西貢,但自從去過一次屯門三聖之後,有外國朋友返嚟,我都鍾意帶佢哋去三聖行過圈,食餐靚海鮮,然後再去海濱望吓海,悠閒寫意咁樣過一日。Encore 泰海鮮的原因是海鮮製作價公道,唔使驚會俾人劈價,食海鮮酒家我覺得老實最緊要。頭先同朋友一齊去揀海鮮,大家都覺得好新奇,店員姐姐好識做,我哋揀咗隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹,阿姐即刻提議我哋同隻蟹影張相,氹到我個ABC朋友不知幾咁開心。逛了一個圈之後,返回酒家 settle down 已經有得食,第一道菜就係白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬。creamy 的白酒忌廉味道香甜,帶有一點點酒的清香。花甲全部大大隻肉質爽甜接下來是我們期待的阿拉斯加長腳蟹,店長提議二食,五斤蟹加工費大約每斤$64,至於二食另加$68。明碼實價,我一問,店長就解釋得好詳細,唔驚埋單嚇一跳。第一食是清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹蟹腳,蟹肉清甜仲食到海水的鮮味,而且隻蟹夠大,蟹腳先會咁多肉,有老公幫我拆蟹,啖啖肉真幸福第二食是花雕蛋白蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹蓋,我食咗少少蒸蛋白,好似燉蛋一樣咁滑,而且仲吸收晒蟹蓋嘅精華,鹹香滿滿的。ABC 話覺得要食鮑魚先夠矜貴,一於每人一隻鮮味彈牙的鮑魚,加埋薑蔥提

另一個店長推介的海鮮湯,真係平靚正。連埋湯渣一齊上,見到內容超豐富,有雜魚、瀨尿蝦、沙白蜆、番茄薯仔⋯等,湯一定要趁熱飲,鮮甜到不得了,因為有魚凍左飲就會有腥味。最後ABC表示今餐很滿意
