To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家裡不燒飯的一天,來了吃晚飯。近期的推介是不下味精的小菜,我們就要了兩個餐,分別是甜豆南瓜炒蝦球 ($33) 和百合甜豆炒魚塊 ($33)。如今東西都貴的很,以前一個套餐是包埋湯甚至是菜的,現在都分拆上市,要冬瓜盅加7元,油菜再加6元,所以一個晚餐就要40多塊了。價錢加了卻不見的好吃了,白飯是硬硬的,幾乎要用湯來撈飯。兩個菜都有甜豆(這倒不是店家的問題了),卻是黃黃瘦瘦的;成碟都是油卻又炒焦了;蝦球還好了,雖然有點霉但不要期望有新鮮蝦嘛。只有魚塊算是正常一些,另外加的冬瓜湯和油菜(菠菜來的)也算是可以了。很多年沒來大快活了,怎知這次的經驗真令人失望了。不過這分店算夠大又企理。
