To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日趕時間，所以晏晝只好食快餐店。其實都唔係好肚餓，所以叫個份量少啲嘅餐就算啦。唔好睇佢得隻雞髀，一個細嘅粟米肉粒飯加嘢飲，好似一個下午茶餐咁，但係佢都要48蚊。雖然喺香港而家咁樣食個飯40幾蚊真心已經差唔多，但係如果呢個份量嘅話可能下次我會考慮吓下午茶時段先去食，可能性價比會高啲。味道點樣我就唔多講啦，我相信大快活大部份人都有食過。

前台阿姐服務態度差，上錯餐牌之後，不可更改菜式，問多幾句就嫌煩態度好差，用某付款app希俾錢時部機hold死咗，跟住個前台收銀阿姐就賴我哋隻app付款碼有問題，擺面色比人哋睇，我已經話該付款app之前都試過出錯，佢就黑面話未試過，態度差

叫左個牛扒什扒餐$65 加$4 迷你粟米肉粒飯，蒜蓉脆包微暖，羅宋湯足料味道吾錯粟米肉粒飯大大碗，主角嘅豬牛雞扒各一件就比較薄，好似早餐時段供應嘅份量。後加個焗豬扒飯$49，芝士茄汁豐富夾埋炒飯熱辣辣好食，豬扒算系厚切，但吾系好大件。兩款食物嘅主角肉類份量都偏細，食肉獸要注意。

今早去了屋企附近的大快活吃一個豐富早餐，那間大快活空間足夠，環境也舒適。製作食物的速度也很迅速，店員的態度也很友善。食物方面的質素良好，價錢亦很便宜，早上食客不算太多，都容易找位置坐。

粥底火鍋的生菜吃出兩隻蝸牛，第一隻下到鍋裡我才發現，圖片裡的是第二隻，剩下的菜葉也不敢再檢查。明明看起來是水洗過的樣子結果這麼令人觸目驚心，請負責洗菜的工作人員上點心吧，此店的食品衛生安全令人感到擔憂。此外牛肉片肥到無法下口，幾乎一半都是肥肉，配上清淡的調味更是讓人難以下嚥，唯一值得肯定的是用的不是合成肉。餐廳應該好好把握出品保持品控的穩定，畢竟60元一份的餐也不算便宜還是在連鎖快餐店，再多花十元多走100米就能吃到出品很棒也衛生的定食了。以後不會再來這家店。
