To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天慶祝二伯娘生日,我們去了元朗找她,在元朗壽司店慶祝生日。這裏是用手機落單所以我們想食乜就撳乜這些海蝦雖然是炸的,但是裏面很新鮮很鮮甜,必要,裏面很有水份。滿足一己私欲,作為蟹籽粉絲,一定要叫蟹子手卷。我們因為午市去到,所以可以叫午市套餐,午市套餐一定要叫,因為套餐的三文魚湯10分正,有真三文魚在入面。這個生蠔壽司一定要叫,每一隻生蠔都甜度很高,一點也不腥,證明這間很新鮮。魚生自選拼飯也可以試試囉平時食開連鎖壽司店,完全沒有概念原來叫刺身(港幣$288 )是有埋紫菜和飯跟埋的,俾你一嘗壽司師傅的感覺。由於我哋叫得比較多,所以餐廳免收我們生日蛋糕開餅費。
