To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起素,呢間都幾出名!今日朋友生日,佢又幾鍾意食素,我就同左佢黎慶祝生日🎂我地叫左個Set Dinner再加個輕食~DINENR SET手卷:香芒牛油果苜蓿手卷第一次食手卷係無飯嘅,但原來都可以好豐富。苜蓿係牙菜,用左佢取代米飯,好脆好爽口口感好唔同,但係係好食既。芒果味突出,整體高質。-兩款前菜:紅火龍果藜麥沙律伴無花果黑醋黑豆亞塔子黑木耳無諗過可以用火龍果做沙律🥗好新穎而且個火龍果肉好甜!木耳用黑豆伴好健康,同埋佢都係酸酸地好開胃。-主菜:沙嗲金菇秀牛粉絲煲配羽衣甘藍飯($258)佢個樣真係勁似沙嗲牛肉,但係佢係豆做嘅,食落去好煙韌,而且好掛沙爹汁。佢個菜飯正常啦就係菜飯,飯好難話煮到好好食/好難食😂-宇治抹茶之旅(+$30)朋友生日叫佢揀咗個甜品,有d似平時d水果涼粉雪糕😂呢個配搭唔會話唔好食,但就睇唔到廚師技巧。不過佢比左黑糖醬撈甜品,層次幾多變。-蜜汁脆燒腐皮卷($78)佢個面淋左蜜汁甜甜地同個腐皮好夾!佢個腐皮好多層,食落去層次分明真係食到每層腐皮唔會話痴曬一齊同埋好脆😍
