To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀Happy Hour 日式串燒店「高木炭火鳥燒」去完日本返嚟之後成日都好想食串燒終於喺尖沙咀搵到一間味道唔錯嘅串燒店一入餐廳就聞到陣陣嘅串燒香味，令人食慾大增餐廳嘅價錢好親民，可以暢快食個夠都唔驚！「厚切牛舌芯」口感非常爽口彈牙，不錯！「香蔥牛肉卷」牛肉卷內包著香蔥，牛肉加爽口香蔥，口感非常豐富，香氣四溢。「鹽燒豚肉」豬肉鹽燒入味，外皮焦脆，內裡肉質鮮美「車厘茄煙肉」和「日本青椒」都係每次食串燒都會叫嘅，最鍾意車厘茄加煙肉嘅配搭，鹹甜交替，份外滋味。「鹽燒大蝦」和「鹽燒帶子」平時喺屋企都會煮不過都係餐廳整得好味啲，香口好多。食材新鮮，大蝦新鮮彈牙，帶子鮮甜。還有「大蔥雞肉」和「燒雞翼」也是非常推薦。最後食埋清甜多汁燒菠蘿為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。呢度嘅串燒燒烤得剛剛好，唔會燒到乾爭爭，保持著肉汁和嫩度，完美地呈現出食品的美味。值得再encore。而且老闆勁Nice高木炭火鳥燒地址: 尖沙咀棉登徑13-15號地下
