To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日中秋節,同左幾個朋友聚下,我又去食烤魚啦!尼間烤魚lunch time都幾多人,基本上每台都必嗌烤魚/雞煲。 第一步:揀咩魚有三款魚可以揀,包括海鱸魚、江團魚、凌波魚。每款魚有唔同價錢,唔同口感。朋友仔就揀左海鱸魚,貪佢肉質細嫩,又厚肉。 第二步:揀口味多款口味,有麻辣有酸菜,我地見未食過有菠蘿既烤魚,就加左$18嗌左「爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花」,怕麻怕辣既,仲可以自選程度。真心估唔到,菠蘿同烤魚既麻辣系咁夾,又淋又甜,完全唔酸!👍🏻 第三步:加配料竹笙 $78:份量都多,淥完之後,仲好爽口彈牙,吸晒湯汁,好惹味。滑牛肉 $88:肉質好滑,食落口都幾好咬,略嫌有一兩塊帶有少少筋,但整體黎講好食,必嗌!👍🏻黃花魚春 $88:每條都係大大條,口感扎實細滑,食落滿滿高蛋白。 第四步:嗌野飲嗌左兩款乳酸爆珠梳打,d爆珠細細粒,入口即爆,口感特別。講番味道,荔枝味就清新可口,唔會好甜。而另一杯香檳葡萄,味道濃d甜d,但用黎解辣,好正。
