To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日尖沙咀行街, 見到呢間樓上鋪, 主打雞煲同烤魚, 環境好大好寬敞, 一於上去試下, 細問之下原來係社交平台訂枱有折架, 抵食好多😍叫左半隻雞煲, BB辣, 店員都好細心提示雞煲滾起, 先關火, 再等2分鐘就食得😙💫打開蓋, 勁香濃超濃味嘅雞煲味已經撲入鼻, 雞肉好幼嫩, 幾乎係啖啖肉, 而且已經入哂味🤤雖然只係點左半隻雞, 但份量都真係好夠2人食!極讚💯先食哂裡面雞肉後加湯, 再黎落料打邊爐, 點左出前一丁、油麥菜同牛丸拼香菇貢丸, 最值得一讚的係丸類, 牛丸勁有牛肉味, 而且仲要爆汁, 好好食😋😋💫蒜香牛油燒扇貝燒過既扇貝, 必須趁熱食, 濃濃香蒜同牛油非常香, 好入味, 扇貝大隻厚身好有口感👍💫鹽燒牛肉串牛肉串極巨長, 又唔會太辣, 牛肉都好有咬口😍🥤凍咸檸七 🥤凍韓國柚子蜜 食雞煲打邊爐必飲爽甜嘅凍飲
