平時煎三文魚柳,如果全熟的話,總是覺得有點硬,但是這個半生熟的三文魚柳,煎得恰到好處,外皮非常香脆,裏面嫩滑,加上味噌醬料,少少鹹味,感覺很健康。甘筍加蜜糖頭,而裝飾嘅係用甘筍皮磨成。

🌟Miyazaki A4 Sirloin
Kabu / Oxtail / Lemon
日本宮崎A4黑毛和牛既油花好靚,入口即化,Sirloin係後腰脊肉,近臀部的部分,肉質有彈性,口感有咬勁,每一口都擁有濃郁的牛肉味,仲有炸香嘅牛尾,加日本蘿蔔,帶來少少甜味。另外,醬汁的外圈是黃色檸檬醬可平衡吃和牛的油膩感。
