To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同阿媽出開來尖沙咀做D野，天口熱行到命都冇，周圍又好多人，又冇咩好食，仲有想找個舒服D地方食下野，上OPENRICE睇睇，食素都幾好呀, 於是就走左上來試下。依家行到邊都可以用OPENRICE找食，真係好方便，有相又有唔同人既COMMENT，真係好好。入到來都幾多人食，不過唔駛等，午餐有SET，包湯、沙律主食，飲料一杯，哇都幾豐富，而且價錢都係$100左右，環境又舒服，正好俾我地抖下，因為真係太熱。我食既係點心拼盤，再加有一配蕃茄湯烏冬，質素好高，彈牙而且湯好清甜。點心每樣有一件，食曬就剛好，而且其實夏天胃口會減D，所以份量O岩曨。
