再來生日飯全紀錄❤好友知我剛剛既日本之旅都沒有吃磯燒海鮮,就帶我到呢間南瀛水產🐟🦐~此店以木系裝潢為主調,天花掛起粗麻繩、草帽吊燈,營造漁船既感覺,彷如置身日本江戶時代既食店。以大大枝清酒作擺設,好有清酒祭既氣派~我點了杯菠蘿燒酙,有d似Piña Colada既做法,中間有忌廉、鮮菠蘿,酒味唔太濃但清新,好啱夏天飲。🍹🥃愛好梅酒既朋友就點左梅酒梳打~先來一客蕃茄沙律🍅 蕃茄切得薄薄,刀工唔錯,沙律菜加上醋汁先打開味蕾~  香蒜牛舌,蒜味唔會太重遮左本身既味道,牛舌口感軟嫩。【東瀛五點盛】🐋🦐有油甘魚、三文魚、蝦、帆立貝、吞拿魚,每款3件,新鮮肥美,不遜色~ 最正係吞拿魚用上赤身跟中拖羅既中間部份,口感油分平均~【南瀛卷】亦係用左拼盤既擺法,2大片海膽、蝦既下面放有吞拿魚蓉卷,旁邊則放滿三文魚子、吞拿魚蓉,分量唔少~之後係我最期待既【活貝盛合🐚】,排得靚靚~燒海鮮既過程,我地都唔洗動手,唔洗驚唔夠熟或者燒乾~ 🐚鮑魚大大隻仲識旭,好新鮮。 睇住店員純熟地燒,鮮味隨之而來~肥美既蠔,蠔身肉厚飽滿,入口浸透住海水味,保持到濕潤度,肉質亦未有變韌~ 燒原隻帆立貝,裙邊燒得剛好唔會韌,仲幾彈牙~

燒蛤蜊依然脹卜卜,下面一口蜆湯亦非常鮮甜。
最後來一客野菜天婦羅
天婦羅炸漿薄薄的,香口酥脆~ 
野菜包括秋葵、冬菇、南瓜、蕃薯、粟米仔等~野菜種類多,且鮮嫩~

前陣子睇過一篇專訪得知店東年紀輕輕開左呢間餐廳,黎過覺得整體管理得唔錯喎~
