K11 Musea已經開左一段時間,之前幾時黎都係閒逛一下,心目中亦鎖定數間餐廳要試的,包括呢間排長龍的東京米芝蓮美食推介既拉麵店。這天只是等了5分鐘便可入座,內裡以金配木裝潢, 前方的高檯以樹襯托,格調高雅!店內當眼處有一間玻璃房看到製麵過程,麵條都是每天製造的。見鄰座的蒲燒鰻魚定食不錯,也心思思想試,不過最後都是選了拉麵~我點了豚鴨沾麵沾汁用上了豬、鴨、雞、魚等熬製,不是濃稠的一種,是比較清湯的,湯頭亦有豚肉粒而麵條則帶麥香有彈性,沾麵的麵條比湯拉麵的較粗身,煙韌富嚼勁。叉燒的邊位帶有火炙過的味道,肉質香滑細膩,半熟蛋橙紅色的蛋黃亦很吸引。嗜辣既老公點左芝麻辛辣拉麵,白色既麵碗頭全是赤色既湯汁,樣子睇落恰似血池地獄般狀,但老公經已急不及待舀了口熱湯挑戰一下辣度,感覺入口卻係温文辣中帶著濃郁洋蔥香氣及芝麻醬香,而且辣感頗有持續性但又不致過度嗆喉痺辣。薄切既豚肉片沾上香辣既湯汁,令肉味更鮮及嫩滑。每口麵條都可以夾帶洋蔥絲及芝麻粒,掛著濃厚既芝麻醬湯一起入口特別滋味。吉列炸蠔吉列外層相當鬆脆, 炸後仍保持鮮嫩和水份,咬下去有蠔汁溢出~
