Stopped in for an early Saturday dinner at Takano Ramen—good timing, because by the time I left, a queue had already formed outside. For sides, I tried the crab meat croquette—crispy on the outside with a creamy crab filling that packed a nice punch. Finished the meal with an apple sorbet, refreshing and clean, a delicate way to wrap things up.
