Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次來一遊,因為我和客人第一次在尖沙咀食過後讚不絕口。那天去完書展,剛巧我哋喺灣仔,老公心思思想試吓Kingparrot 的日本居酒屋。我哋本來book八點食,但係佢哋話冇位,我哋8:15到咗其實佢入面一啲都唔full。今次叫嘅食物幾乎我客人喺尖沙咀食嘅一樣除咗今次我哋冇飲酒,同埋點左一個雞肉蕎麥面比牙仔之外。唔知係唔係已經第二次食,所以都知道每一碟菜係乜嘢,冇咗個驚喜定抑或啲生意真係冇尖沙咀咁新鮮?總之如果比我再揀我都會去返尖沙咀嗰間食。我鍾意食魚生帶子,可能係來貨嘅問題,今次食合和中心呢一間真係遜色咗啲,同埋碗鷄肉麵嘅湯底似豉油加水,麵煮得過熟、鷄肉沒味,惟獨那餃子保持水準。以這價錢在港島仍有其他選擇呢!
