近香港越開越多壽喜燒店,試過好幾間質素都比較參差,之前嚟過呢間試過割烹料理,食物水準同服務都好有水準一直回味,依家餐廳再請了師傅主理壽喜燒,即刻book枱嚟試第二次依然被餐廳木系環境吸引住,氛圍非常日系、休閒放鬆,師傅同店員都非常專業介紹菜單和食材,亦有細心問有冇食物敏感🔸師傅準備食材時先上appetizer,特別中意汁煮白梅貝,好入味爽口,少少酸酸甜甜非常開胃小菜🔸日式蒸物係魚子茶碗蒸,魚子份量完全不吝嗇鋪滿茶碗蒸,魚子的鮮甜味和日式蒸蛋配搭得宜壽喜燒用關東煮法,食起上嚟味道剛剛好冇咁膩,師傅亦都有主動溝通問我地味道需唔需要調整🔸美國肉眼🔸西班牙黑豚肉🔸北海道櫻姫雞肉師傅喺我哋面前前即場製作,火候和味道都控制得恰到好處豚肉食落超級爽口,冇一般食豚肉的羶味,師傅介紹原來之前已經試了好多款豚肉,呢一款係比較味道最突出而唔會太膩每款拌飯一流,用北海道米飯會比較香口,好彩可以無限添飯😆葛絲煮得好入味,微微帶甜,口感煙韌,一定要趁熱食師傅每一道菜都有介紹食材同埋食法,亦都同食客交流,分享咗很多日本不同地方對壽喜燒的食法,好親民👍🏻
