To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有成4舊嘅花膠😻😻,啲花膠好大塊,好彈牙。啲雞肉好嫩滑😋,有好多塊,好似食極都食唔完咁。雞煲調味香濃,但唔會太油膩,可能因為我地係叫唔辣,所以無左層辣油😌。真心推薦大家食完雞煲,要叫寬粉食,索埋啲湯底好惹味🤩🤩。炸雙皮奶好好味,外皮炸得好脆🤤🤤,鮮奶餡夠熱,唔會太甜👍🏻。蒜皮牛柳粒啲牛柳雖然調味濃左少少,但有啲蒜片同洋蔥可以去油膩感,整體黎講都唔錯嘅☺️。🍽蟲草花膠雞煲(半隻):HK $248🍽️炸雙皮奶:HK $43🍽️蒜片牛柳粒:HK $188
