👦🏻👧🏻睇番之前日本旅行啲相,即刻好掛住去日本食嘢🇯🇵,我地去咗尖沙咀太興廣場樓上嘅居酒屋,主打磯燒水產💦,亦會有壽司🍣、刺身、丼飯🍱、串燒🥓同鍋物🍲等等。餐廳擺放咗好多日式酒樽做裝飾🍶,掛上紙燈籠🏮同紙油傘⛱️圖片嘅牆壁,裝修充滿日式風格。仲有店內有個水缸養住幾種海鮮,非常新鮮。🦀蚧味噌甲羅燒 $68蟹蓋內放咗松葉蟹膏、蟹肉,仲有蔥同蟹籽,中間有粒生鵪鶉蛋,烤過後香氣不斷湧出,入口有松葉蟹嘅鮮味同甘香嘅蟹膏好正。🦐海鮮盛合 $588全程會有店員幫手燒海鮮同調味,店員烹調嘅手法好純熟。海鮮盛合有扇貝、鮑魚、生蠔、蜆同蟹腳,全部都新鮮鮑魚上枱時仲識郁添!蟹腳粗身鮮甜,扇貝大隻多汁,蜆肉同生蠔肉飽滿鮮美。🍣南𤅀卷 $288蟹肉卷上面有海膽、三文魚籽、吞拿魚蓉同甜蝦,賣相吸引,入口真係充滿鮮味阿!🍣黑松露鰻魚卷 $238鰻魚厚肉肥美,口感軟綿,加咗黑松露令味道更豐富!📍 南瀛水產 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀金馬倫道5號太興廣場5樓

蟹蓋內放咗松葉蟹膏、蟹肉,仲有蔥同蟹籽,中間有粒生鵪鶉蛋,烤過後香氣不斷湧出,入口有松葉蟹嘅鮮味同甘香嘅蟹膏好正。


🦐海鮮盛合 $588
