Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前兩日同朋友去尖沙咀食飯,佢帶我黎左呢間價錢幾抵,裝修又幾古色古香嘅餐廳。🐟鷹羽鯛薄切 $280食之前將青檸檬擠上鯛魚上面,再將鯛魚點上酸汁,鯛魚食落新鮮,清爽,開胃,作為第一道菜,幾好味。🐥炸雞配香蔥汁 $68炸雞炸得幾香,唔會太過油膩,配上香蔥汁,個汁喺出邊食唔到,幾特別。🍲柚子豚肉豆腐湯 $88用石鍋整出嚟嘅豆腐湯,幾有日本風味,柚子味唔算好濃,不過都會有淡淡嘅柚子香。主要係由豚肉味同豆腐味作為湯嘅主調。🍣三文魚豆腐凍豆腐好滑,充滿豆香。上面鋪上三文魚碎,味道啱啱好,唔會過鹹。☕️藍莓茶 $49/壺一壺茶可以幾個人分,藍莓味好重,清香好飲。🍹柚子梳打 $42朋友飲嘅,佢話唔錯。
