Bookmark咗哩間餐廳好耐,今日終於得閒試下。哩間餐廳裝修得幾型格,求其一個位置影相都幾好睇。嘢食品種唔算好多,不過品種算豐富,一般餐廳有嘅都有。餐廳會先送上前菜,可以一邊食一邊叫嘢。涼拌木耳,食落小小辣,幾惹味。大蔥雞肝,用日式醬燒方式,雞肝火候掌握得好好,再加上大量大蔥碎,好食。蘆筍豚肉卷,豚肉卷住蘆筍燒可以鎖住蘆筍水分,食落好清甜。醬燒豆腐,哩個串燒真係好推薦,豆腐烤到皮脆啵啵,內裡仲好嫩滑,醬汁偏甜果款,同豆腐好夾。多春魚(6條),多春魚烤到好脆口,仲可以點埋大蔥醬汁一齊食,醬汁少少辣,唔錯。雞蠔肉,因為形似生蠔所以叫雞蠔肉,用鹽烤方式烤雞真係好味,烤完雞皮脆雞肉嫩滑。蛋白玉子燒,玉子燒好常見,蛋白玉子燒又係第一次見。蛋白玉子食落口感好特別,加埋明太子醬更加惹味。特上薩摩牛涮涮鍋,薩摩牛雪花分明,質素真係好高。牛肉仲要好厚身,加入無菌蛋一齊食真係好軟嫩。食完牛肉仲可以加菌菇青菜,全份食完好飽TIM。紅豆芝麻湯圓,紅豆湯煲得好足火候,好軟爛,食落唔會好甜,OK。食完再同FD吹下水,真係唔錯。
