To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 少o左又差o左o既?

今朝(15-4-2009 Wed)同男友落荃灣食早餐,想去Freshness Burger用Openrice送o既coupon,但執o左,於是都係o黎大家樂啦.男友幫我買$21.50o既楓蜜雞扒,腸仔,多士,熱奶茶早餐,但我要埋通粉就要加$3.00.而男友就要$21.50o既楓蜜雞扒,炒蛋,蘿蔔糕熱檸茶早餐.兩份都拎到o黎,點解我o既雞扒比男友o既細件?而佢o既多汁啲o既?好,算數,因為我有兩條腸仔.食落,雞扒有蜜糖甜味,唔太多,我覺得味道o岩o岩好,而且煎得幾香口,唔錯,但男友仍話甜o左少少.不過腸仔唔香脆,且放涼o左;而多士又唔夠燶同脆.,我見另一個客o既唔係咁o架.而男友o既炒蛋仍保持水準,依然有蛋汁又滑.而蕃茄通粉又好似細碗o左,我同男友share食.我唔多鍾意食佢o既蕃茄湯,好似麻麻地,而原來有火腿通粉o架,下次加都係加呢個.最後竟然連奶茶都失色,今次淡o左啊,但仍好過其他o既,因佢依然有茶味.今次係咪因為有條長長o既人龍所以咁差呢?
