To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過跟友人四出覓食,就是沒有吃過烤魚,這次便來到小魚兒。有三款魚選擇,還有肉質油份等資料說明,方便挑選。友人知我不喜歡多骨魚,就點了江團魚。我們愛吃麻辣,就選了鮮花椒BB豆花,還加了友人愛吃的鴨血。等了一回魚就上枱了,魚大條而且厚肉,的而且確肉質肥美,童叟無欺。吃魚都是喜歡啖啖肉,肉綿粘口,充滿魚油香,而且真的不多骨,友人的眼光真不錯。其實魚上枱時已熟,建議先熄火,以免魚肉過熟。而且嫩滑的豆腐煮太久會易爛。帶過魚及豆腐,就恰好可以吃軟彈滑溜的鴨血。寬粉亦已經吸收了麻辣魚湯,軟彈入味。最後我們再額外點了圓薯粉,薯粉跟麻辣是絕配。最後建議大家吃到中途要加水,以免湯底過於濃郁。
