To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說有一天跟男友想去探訪一間位於佐敦的隱蔽日式燒烤店,但地點實在太難找,最後放棄。故此,我們就在佐敦亂找東西吃,始終比較少來都不知有什麼好吃的。走著走著就看到一間叫《老趙越南餐廳》,我們就想起都已經有好一段時間沒吃越菜了耶,所以就膽粗粗一試嚕!我們點了牛油雞翼、炒米粉、咖哩牛腩及一支西貢啤。 完全意想不到牛油雞翼那麼香、那麼惹味的。我們是看到旁邊的情侶點了一客,吃得津津有味,我們就忍不住跟風耶!真的真的真的好好吃,一客四隻,好飽喔! 而炒粉就很入味、很夠火喉,吃得出有功架的、瞬間就把整碟清光光!至於咖哩就很香,很濃,奈何牛腩未算軟熟,每咬一口都有很痴牙的感覺。整體而言,牛油雞翼是推薦的首選!下次再有機會來,要一試生牛肉湯河才行,好多人讚呢!牛油雞翼。炒米粉;咖哩牛腩。西貢啤。店名:老趙越南餐廳地址:佐敦文苑街25-27號地下
