Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都不是第一次光顧,唔點海鮮,價錢都可以,食物也有水準﹗但海鮮的價格平與貴就好難講﹗今次,我想提的,不是食物質素,而是收費的項目,原本我們一行4人坐4人枱,後來有個朋友加入,轉去一張大枱,估唔到,結帳的時候,要收我們兩份酸菜的價錢﹗另外,有個類似少東的人,中途送來一碟反沙芋,話送給我們,又話最後一碟,到最後,又要收費﹗雖然都是講緊幾十元,但都無理由收我們錢,要知道我們5人吃了過千元,那個收錢姐姐,還好唔開心,話無可能唔收以上的項目,不過後來又話,找不到負責人,照單減去以上多收的錢就算,態度勁差﹗由於食物有水準,都會再次光顧,但要看清楚帳單呀﹗
