This was my first time visiting Flames and we got attracted by their decently priced set dinner menu, and they even offered a 20% discount on top of that.Honestly, I was a quite disappointed by their signature grilled sirloin & ribeye steaks. The steaks were prepared to perfection, it’s just the meat quality itself was chewy and it got cold when I was half way through which made it tasted even worse. Suggest the restaurant to place the steak in a heated plate to keep the temperature.A little epi

A little episode when we got the bill, the 20% discount didn’t apply to the “add-on”, ie we had to pay full add-on price to upgrade our selection to steak. It was neither written on the menu nor we were being told during order. We reasoned it to the Manager after we settled the bill and he agreed that it’s confusing but nothing he can do.
We learned a lesson 😒
