To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗友人係荃灣廣場睇戲,所以就係附近搵食,食飽飽先入戲院。中、西、日式都食到厭,剛好經過”小越廚”,店子雖小但餐牌食物好似幾吸引,坐位幾舒適,就一於入去試吓啦~實在太口渴,叫咗個椰青飲住先~我地點咗個生牛肉湯河,份量都唔少,牛肉好嫩滑,湯味好濃牛肉味,唔錯喎!另外點個拼盤,有春卷、扎肉、雞搥、蝦餅,蝦餅大大舊,春卷好脆口, 雞搥炸得好香,樣樣都正……..一見到menu咖喱蟹肉法包已經覺得好吸引,唔係周圍有得食,當然要試吓啦~ 食物黎到賣相已經好吸引,個法包焗到好香脆,配埋個野味既咖喱汁,蟹肉份量足,仲有底層有D細魷魚,好有驚喜。最後食晒個法包仲有好多汁,我地仲叫多個法包食,唔好浪費D咁好味既食物。總括黎講,呢間小店好食又抵食,下次來要試埋其他食物!
