To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試新野,今次係呢間荃灣越菜小店,位置不多,大約可坐20人左右,人多時可能都要等等位。閒日7點去到,店中都坐滿左,好彩我們等左大約10分鐘就有位,小店的好處之一就係價錢親民,絕大部份主菜都係五十多,小食跟餐大約也只是二十多元,實在實惠。我點的是泰式咖喱蟹肉海鮮飯,蟹肉比想像多,而且帶有鮮味,不似是用冷藏貨,應該上新鮮拆肉的鮮蟹,咖哩香亦不會太濃,不用蓋上蟹的鮮味,配飯一流。另外小食點上了蝦餅,蝦餅打得很好,相信是打到起有膠質感,再拎去煎香,很香的味道,配上酸酸的越式春捲汁,一流。埋單加埋其他飲品小食都係$300左右,不算貴。

我點的是泰式咖喱蟹肉海鮮飯,蟹肉比想像多,而且帶有鮮味,不似是用冷藏貨,應該上新鮮拆肉的鮮蟹,咖哩香亦不會太濃,不用蓋上蟹的鮮味,配飯一流。
