To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點心食過幾間,但係好食既點心店,我比較中意黎添好運點心專門店,試過呢間,蘿卜糕,陳皮牛肉,蝦餃,等都唔錯。蘿卜糕,口感外酥脆里嫩,鬆軟香口,蘿卜味濃郁醇厚。陳皮牛肉,牛肉鬆軟嫩滑,陳皮口感香而不苦,每一啖都保留住牛肉香味。 蝦餃,外觀潔淨透亮,皮薄亦軟糯,蝦仁鮮甜Q彈。
