To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣大把食肆,好多都試過,要咩有咩,但係越南菜好唔多覺,今次嚟到荃灣就試吓比較少見嘅越南菜啦!座位方面有點像茶餐廳,想像不到是越南菜館,但一看到枱面的醬料兜,又有返啲越南味道喎,因為酸汁同辣粉一定會出現在越南菜。同屋企人一行3人叫咗個檬粉,越式拼盤,上湯生菜同埋米紙卷試吓,味道方面較迎合香港人口味,沒有太濃香料,和太花巧嘅材料,醬汁方面要一讚就係點米紙卷個醬,係撈咗好多配料好香嘅花生醬,配上淡淡米紙卷,好味。另外,拼盤嘅蝦餅同雞翼都好入味,好食。誤打誤撞試到呢間小小越南菜館,算唔錯啦
