To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五本身諗住出銅鑼灣行吓街...順便食埋飯啦..出到去都已經成八點..由於疫情關係 好多舖頭都已經關左門..咁就決心諗住去搵嘢食啦..咁啱行到去糖街嗰度見到有間餐廳門口有班蘭蛋糕喎..就比佢個班蘭蛋糕吸引左啦..入到去舖頭啲位唔算太多..店員都好貼心咁俾咗張消毒嘅濕紙巾我地..佢餐牌嘅種類都算多選擇...本身想叫佢個斑蘭飯可惜賣晒..我哋就叫咗個印尼四大天王配黃薑飯同一個花膠雞湯粉皮..小食方面就叫左個袖子雞翼因為佢話廚師推介🤤首先花膠雞湯粉皮個湯底都幾足味..有一小片花膠做陪襯😂而粉皮都幾特別..個雞都唔錯...袖子雞亦個配搭都幾新鮮..份量都唔小..有成六隻飯方面..雖然食唔到班蘭飯有啲失望.佢個四大天王係有雞..魚..巴東牛肉同埋加多加多沙津..個魚酸酸辣辣夠開胃..巴東牛肉夠入味..送飯一流..沙律個醬都夠特別..會令你不知不覺食好多飯..最後..臨走買左個班蘭蛋糕..因為太飽食唔落😂留到返屋企先食...淡淡既班蘭味配上鬆軟既蛋糕..正!有機會經過會再買😆😆

首先花膠雞湯粉皮個湯底都幾足味..有一小片花膠做陪襯😂而粉皮都幾特別..個雞都唔錯...
袖子雞亦個配搭都幾新鮮..份量都唔小..有成六隻
