間唔中都會去大角咀,因為覺得呢個小區入邊嘅小店值得支持吓~ 上個禮拜想食西餐,就去咗一間Bar & Restaurant 👉🏼 𝐂𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 🍽️ ➿ 18個月白毛豬乾火腿 ($128)見老闆娘大力推介嘅前菜🐖 白毛豬火腿鹹香十足,配搭住櫻桃蘿蔔、橄欖、紅椒粒,當令到食落去嘅味道帶點不同~ 好啱開支酒慢慢嘆☺️➿ 傳統意式辣椒蒜片欖油意大利麵 ($118)辣椒同蒜片就係呢碟意大利粉嘅主角,蒜片有全片炸得脆卜卜嘅,亦都有半脆半軟嘅,份量都幾多,夠晒蒜味🧄 意粉嘅辣度有同蒜味夾得幾好,辣得惹味~➿ 慢煮加拿大豬斧頭扒配蘋果陳皮茸 ($348)大推🌟 平時食咁有份量級嘅斧頭扒,都會怕嚡口,又會介意自己嘅table manner,驚自己唔夠力去鋸扒😛 但呢度嘅斧頭扒肉質嫩魚鬆化,最緊要係已經切好咗,完全睇咗我嘅憂慮😂 又欣賞配搭嘅蘋果陳皮肉,甘香嘅味道同豬同斧頭扒好夾!➿ 經典意大利提拉米蘇 ($88)呢度嘅Tiramisu層次分明,mascarpone cheese既部分比重大啲,creamy嘅口感同相對乾身嘅ladyfinger口感不一,但對唔飲咖啡、呢排又少吸收酒精嘅我嚟講,味道係
