有充滿歷史及非常馳名”蛇王芬”加持新開嘅副線四季芬芳，位於沙田新城市廣場三期，因為要去沙田嘅文化歷史博物館參觀，所以前一日已經搜尋左呢一間人氣榜排名都幾高嘅餐廳用餐。去到餐廳附近嘅位置見到附近幾間餐廳都排晒長龍，好多人等候，唯獨是四季芬芳，不只冇人等候，入邊更加出現好多吉枱，當時心諗係咪因為價格太貴，所以相對小人幫襯，所以仍然入店去食。1. 酥餅尚算可以，同出邊連鎖茶樓味道差唔多2. 蟹粉蝦仁出晒事嘅菜式，蝦仁唔大隻但尚算爽口，有問題嘅係蟹粉，出現好強烈腥味，基本上食咗幾舊蝦已經放低冇再食3. 紅燒牛筋麵湯底同牛筋都冇問題，但係個面林patpat ，完全冇咬口4. 蛇羹始終蛇王芬係蛇羹最出名，所以希望都係專心做返自己專長
