好耐都冇去旅行,突然間好掛住日本,所以就同朋友嚟咗呢間位於半島酒店地下嘅廚師發辦,知道要去半島酒店本身嘅期望都好高入到嚟,點知又真係冇令人失望喎我哋揀咗中間價位價值2000幾嘅course,首先就係幾道頭盤,有北海道生蠔同埋呢個用螯蝦同魚子醬整成嘅果凍食落真係非常之新鮮而且用料絕不手軟令人哋食完前菜就好期待一陣會有乜嘢壽司,由於我哋希望靜靜地食,所以冇揀到坐counter,壽司就由師傅整好分批咁上首先嘅係白身魚,新鮮嘅深海池魚真係好好味,之後慢慢就去到啲重味啲嘅魚,有幾款唔係好記得咩嘢名但就知道好鬼好味中間仲有其他嘅料理,例如醋鯖魚汁煮鱈魚等等見到隔籬枱有大拖羅食,等咗好耐終於都有我份啦分別有中拖羅同埋燒過嘅大拖羅,師傅控制得真係非常之好,大拖羅由於肥得滯嘅關係,燒一燒食落冇咁漏,真係好正啊到最後仲有一個超大型嘅海膽壽司做結尾,一啖食落去真係好鬼死滿足而呢度最特別嘅就係除咗壽司料理好食之外,佢嘅甜品都非常之出名,嗰日師傅就上晒三種呢度招牌嘅甜品俾我哋食有呢個好特別嘅秋冬主題嘅楓葉甜品仲有好好味嘅豆乳雪糕配腐皮同埋呢個驚為天人嘅黑芝麻朱古力食完先發現呢度嘅甜品都好多人讚好,果然冇介紹錯,
