前菜有磯煮鮑魚,係用左南非鮑魚所以厚身同軟淋同凍豆腐,水雲帶小小酸醋汁都幾開胃。 刺身四點,鮮帶子鮮甜,深海池魚爽口新鮮,牡丹蝦爽口彈口,大拖羅肥爽口夠曬肥。 蒸物係茶碗蒸,入面材料都相當豐富,蒸蛋夠滑夠香外。清潤一下口腔就開始日既主角。 和牛紫菜卷和牛刺身,和牛切成粒再做成他他咁,加鮮甜海膽。脆紫菜包著紫蘇葉,同和牛一齊食特別香口。簿切和牛一睇一睇就覺得肉質好鮮嫩,果然肉質入口好滑咬落都無根。 野菜都相當豐富香炒過後都軟淋,可以中和番口腔油膩感,甜甜既南瓜都相好食。有種清新感覺。 香煎牛舌,煎到和層焦脆,內層軟香爽口,食落就知係用左牛舌心部位。 A5和牛肉眼,好淋滑感覺好柔軟,油脂分佈超好均勻。和牛比A4肉質更細嫩色澤更加粉嫩。A4和牛西蘭,食落肉質都好柔軟色澤比A5鮮紅肉質更結實,配日本雞蛋黎食,味道上減少了份油感外,入口更加細滑及有蛋漿香味。 和牛炒烏冬,油十足香口之餘烏冬爽彈。總結食物質素對得住個價錢,。
