前排食完佐敦金山燒鵝意猶未盡,今日要行Sogo thankful week咁啱經過登龍街見到有間燒鵝專門店,一於行入去試下鋪面唔算好大,當日下午亦相當多客,雖然鋪面後面仲有個有蓋嘅open area,不過無冷氣,我唔想30幾度下坐係個無冷氣嘅地方食飯,所以唯有等一等鋪面內嘅位大壹燒鵝:今日食雙併反咁啱斬隻脾俾我;鵝相當夠肥,一咬落鵝油甘香四溢,皮好夠脆肉質亦有咬口。此鵝質素可與金山媲美,比海港只有過之而無不及招牌叉燒:我無特登叫肥叉,叉燒斬得幾大件,相當夠肥有燶邊,夠淋無死甜,斬大舊叉燒嘅典範。可與再興爭一日之長短燒腩仔:肥瘦梅花間竹,皮夠酥脆瘦肉無死咸肥亦甘香,一般人已經相當收貨。但比起土瓜灣永華就會被比下去油雞:今日斬左舊胸俾我,夠味亦嫩滑,胸唔柴口,不過比起再興可以再重味少少(再興油雞亦為一絕)冬0T走甜:唔知係咪飲左啲茶頭茶尾我,只飲到澀味但飲唔到茶味,有改善空間燒鵝一隻先賣438,叉燒一斤賣138,以佢地燒鵝同叉燒質素,只能講呢檔嘅性價比係相當高如果行開銅記/番工又唔想食D幾舊水個頭嘅食肆,呢檔我推介
