今日到了銅鑼灣大壹燒鵝,是當地十分馳名的燒臘店,以其美味的燒鵝聞名遐邇。我點了燒鵝拼叉燒配瀨粉,真是驚喜連連。燒鵝的外皮鬆脆,肉質嫩滑,適量的肥膏讓每一口都滲出陣陣濃郁的鵝香味,令人回味無窮。而叉燒的肥瘦比例恰到好處,外層略微燒焦,增添了豐富的口感,讓整道菜更加立體。瀨粉則恰如其分,為整體增添了一點滑順的口感。整體用餐體驗非常不錯,服務也很周到,絕對值得推薦給喜愛燒臘的朋友!如果你還沒試過,快去品嚐吧!

以呢個價錢嚟講,佢係我心中排名第一嘅叉燒🥰已經食過好幾次,質素都係依然咁好,冇退步過,好推薦!之前會叫佢嘅燒腩仔拼叉燒,佢燒腩仔都好好食,皮超級脆,又唔會好鹹(唔知點解坊間嘅燒腩仔好鹹),但佢叉燒真係冇得輸,燒到有燶邊,而且個叉燒又好軟,肥瘦適中,一啲都唔會有肥膩嘅感覺,而且佢嘅蜜汁真係恰到好處,好好食!後尾發現咗佢有下午茶仲抵 $48就已經可以食到,叉燒份量感覺都冇乜變化,同正常份量差唔多,側邊仲有榨菜,佢榨菜都好食偏甜,瀨粉好爽口,$48食到咁樣質素嘅叉燒,真係笑到喊👍🏻值得一提嘅係我覺得佢嘅老火湯都好好飲👍🏻真係真材實料🤤好值得加錢飲!!

呢排多做gym, 好常補多啲protein, 又聽同事介紹cwb有間燒味好正就黎試下收工餓到爆 坐低見佢個套餐都幾扺食,就一人叫一個餐 想試多幾樣個餐有包老火湯,時菜,主角燒味同 carbs先上咗個節瓜雞腳湯,好足料好好味,表面有雞油香到爆, 飲完唔會好口渴燒味呢我哋都叫咗雙拼,一份要鵝叉 配瀨粉,另一份要咗鵝+燻蹄 加碗白飯上到枱個樣好吸引,燒鵝個皮係脆的 叉燒都有少少燶邊好正叉燒睇落賣相還好, 但食落一啲都唔會鞋, 夠肥但唔會成大舊都係肥, 算係半肥瘦啱啱好難得今次食燒鵝, 因為好耐無食了決定久違配個瀨粉對上一次食已經係好細個, 夾極都夾唔到上黎食後就好耐無食過了, 但其實對瀨粉個味道唔太討厭依家可能人大個咗, 識揸筷子了lol 覺得無以前食嗰時咁難夾燒鵝配瀨又真係出奇地夾, 燒鵝外皮酥脆,肉質嫩滑,而瀨粉則細滑有彈性,兩者的口感形成了很好的對比再者瀨粉特質能夠吸收燒鵝的醬汁和油脂,增加風味另一碟燒鵝+燻蹄, 賣相都好靚仔, 每碟燒鵝都會跟個酸梅醬個酸梅醬不得了, 甜甜酸酸 燒鵝點完再食完全係另一個層次 kinda 中和咗嗰種油膩感, 味道上都有更多變化我哋兩個都幾乎點晒, 醬個份量好適合燻蹄都會跟個汁, 味道都唔錯第一次見龍鳳可樂, 就係正常黃檸檬+咸檸檬, 再落可樂, 又係味道更豐富嘅可樂最後仲食得落又叫咗半隻貴妃雞, 比想像中份量多好多, 好彩都勉強食得晒唔浪費lol雞肉好嫩, 真係好嫩一啲都唔鞋唔un, 都唔會太肥, 整體食落好滿意, 一定會encore 唔中伏嘅燒味店

咁啱同朋友出嚟銅鑼灣行街,登龍街多嘢食就係人都知,聽朋友講原來有間燒味店都好正,就真係要試過先知。上班日午飯時間都要排長龍。一個燒味飯套餐加湯加菜80-90左右,一般香港茶餐廳價格,又唔算特別貴。同朋友一個叫咗燒鵝拼叉燒,個燒鵝拼燒肉。好欣賞佢一件事燒鵝皮啲毛清得幾乾淨😂而且燒到岩岩好,油脂燒晒出嚟,鵝皮脆口。半肥瘦嘅叉燒,加上外層沾滿均勻嘅蜜汁,真係好好味,忍唔住就食咗半碗飯。再加埋老火湯同油菜,真係好圓滿嘅一餐飯。
