堅尼地城海旁個邊原來都幾多餐廳,早排就試左一間日式串燒店 ensoy ,佢既雞串燒主打日本進口材料,雞頸同雞腎都幾好食,兩樣都燒得好Juicy,雞腎燒得爽口!自家製免治雞肉棒入面包含左雞軟骨,口感唔錯!雞翼都燒到外皮好香脆。除左雞串外,其他菜式質素都幾好,Angus tataki,配上柚子醋、生洋蔥、炸蒜片同紫蘇葉,醋酸味同牛肉好夾,加埋炸蒜片既口感同紫蘇葉既香味,令人食到停唔到口!雞皮虎蝦串我都幾推介,off menu同唔係日日有,訂位時最好講定😌新鮮虎蝦肉質實淨,被雞皮包住黎燒,雞皮滲左落蝦令蝦唔會燒到好乾,同埋雞皮燒到脆晒,幾好食!日式scotch egg炸蛋都幾特別,雞肉包住流心蛋再炸,鐘意食香口野都可以試下!主食方面既西京銀雪魚用煙燻既形式上枱,香噴噴,銀雪魚調味恰當燒到岩岩好,魚肉好滑,都可以一試!如果怕唔夠飽,都可以叫燒飯團串,燒到外脆內軟,都幾得意!

主食方面既西京銀雪魚用煙燻既形式上枱,香噴噴,銀雪魚調味恰當燒到岩岩好,魚肉好滑,都可以一試!如果怕唔夠飽,都可以叫燒飯團串,燒到外脆內軟,都幾得意!
