我最愛的菜式一定是星加坡炒辣蟹,我去開奧海城睇戲,見到宣傳單張有介紹不同款式炒蟹,一於去試試同星加坡有無得比。蟹之惑,真的非常吸引,我流晒口水。一入去有碟花生免費小吃,十分開胃。真係有好多不同款式蟹,我心思思不知食邊款。辣椒螃蟹配刀切小饅頭($388),螃蟹非常大隻,個汁似模似樣,辣汁入邊有蛋花送新鮮炸起饅頭十分貼切。雖然香港用嘅螃蟹不及星加坡那麼大,但入面蟹肉十分新鮮,個汁做得好似,我們食得好開心。除比之外,我們order 招牌扣肉包($23),我老公最愛,佢食時要自己夾入去,幾得意不肥膩。我們叫了個細古早魚香老鼠粉煲($108),食時要拌勻上面蛋黃,這個似湯銀針粉,帶有魚香味道,非常飽肚。
