平日喺街上碰到好耐冇見嘅朋友,好多時都會稍作寒暄,然係用「得閒飲茶」呢句說話作結,意思就係約時間出嚟再見下面、敍敍舊。最近就畀我喺將軍澳海旁 Monterey Place 搵到間以《得閒飲茶》諧音:「DHYC」命名嘅新派點心館。據說餐廳係喺香港有超過 60 年歷史嘅粵菜老字號「益新美食館」嘅新副線,裝潢走文青簡約路線,座位闊落舒服,加上坐擁 180 度無敵靚海景,邊食邊欣賞,真係令人心曠神怡!先開茶再慢慢嘆點心,好耐冇飲過普洱,原來呢度嘅陳皮普洱 ($15/位) 好正,入口熱辣辣,柔順不澀,香味濃郁,帶陳皮甘甜。窩貼蝦多士 ($68):多士炸得好香脆,蝦肉鮮甜,蘸點雜果沙律醬,係正宗懷舊嘅食法,不過如果唔鍾意沙律醬嘅話,亦可以改點喼汁,同樣香口美味。蘿蔔絲酥餅 ($42):外層嘅酥皮做得很不錯,夠鬆化又唔油膩,入面包裹住滿滿嘅蘿蔔絲,份量十足,入口鮮爽香甜。手打墨魚餅 ($42):墨魚餅用新鮮墨魚炮製,外形好飽滿,肉質爽彈,而且咬落去仲食到小量墨魚粒,味道很鮮甜。美極炒雜菌 ($68):啲雜菌炒得啱啱好,用咗美極醬油嚟炒,食落非常香口,帶陣陣菌香,夠晒惹味。蝦餃 ($42):蝦餃脹卜卜
