今晚到將軍澳海旁吃法國菜。推開餐廳大門,寶藍色絲絨沙發,復古線板牆、水晶吊燈與牆上的畫營造出低調奢華的氛圍。外面還有露天座位區,海風輕拂,可惜今晚太熱了,我們還是選擇室內座位好了。生蠔(週四特惠)肥碩的蠔肉飽滿多汁,入口先是海水鮮鹼,隨後湧現甘甜。特調醬汁以白酒,蒜片與紅蔥煨煮蘸了份外好味,$50三隻的性價比令人驚喜!  法式焗田螺香蒜牛油與番茜的經典組合,加入檸檬皮更加清新不膩。田螺肉彈嫩帶嚼勁,蘸裹濃郁蒜香後,搭配烤至酥脆的酸麵包也很好味,每一口都是濃縮的法式風情。  雜菌薏米飯薏米口感很佳,顆粒分明,吸飽松露醬與雞湯泡沫的醇厚,巴馬臣芝士充滿鹹香。松露香氣撲鼻,雞湯泡沫輕盈如雲,兼具健康與奢華的創意燉飯。  香煎三黃雞佐黑松露泡沫雞皮煎至酥脆,內裡肉質卻柔嫩多汁,底層薏米飯吸盡雞油精華,黑松露泡沫如絲綢般包裹著薏米飯,大推!  一頓很滿足的晚餐。飯後,我們在海旁散步,實在是一件賞心樂事的事。
