📍陳綺興飯店係我覺得係將軍澳最好食嘅潮州打冷菜,間唔中都會食,今次出咗老夫子主題菜式又幾可愛,門口仲有老夫子蛋捲、芋泥酥同埋醬買。一入去即刻睇吓老夫子系列嘅新菜式,全部菜都用咗四字詞語改名,又真係幾經典有以前細個睇老夫子漫畫嘅感覺!鹹魚蓉蓮藕煎肉餅($108)煎得熱辣辣,勁有鹹魚香味,配埋蓮藕夠爽口,送飯一流。蜜椒番薯牛柳粒($148)一食就諗起大番薯!又係勁適合送飯,以前食開薯仔牛柳粒多,第一次食番薯牛柳粒原來仲夾,甜甜鹹鹹咁好惹味。百花大腸($118)喺屋企人最愛,墨魚滑釀入大腸,食落夠脆口唔會好肥。另外叫咗個韭菜豬紅($70)勁大碗,豬紅份量足足佔七成又夠滑。
