To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節普天同慶日子,希望不分宗教,這是我最喜歡的節日,各大商場聖誕裝飾繽纷,尤其是酒店,尤其是半島,所以襯此機會邀約長輩到此午膳,感受聖誕氣氛,始终半島在他們心中懷舊及高檔。早於2星期前訂枱,高高興興團聚一翻,只因掛住跟他們聊天,未及仔细品嘗每樣點心,令我有印象:白汁蟹肉石榴球,餡料好幼滑,不知是否等耐才吃,皮唔夠脆;陳皮野菌牛肉賣,陳皮是我喜,肉質彈性,新鮮;蟹肉金絲米粉,好爽口,鬆身,乾身又不油膩,有味又唔咸;蛋白杏人茶,香濃杏人味,自家礳,稠/濃味過最近萬麗酒店滿福樓。我時常鼓勵、引導長輩,捱咗一輩子,晚年要好好享受,唔好咁慳,能付出的對自己好些,兒孫自有兒孫福,莫為兒孫當馬牛。
