Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 从太子地铁站出来,走大约10分钟,店铺就在马路边上,街边有很多其他小店,东西都挺便宜的。一进店左手边就是厨房,超多蒸笼,这也是点心都很新鲜的原因吧!东西很好吃~就不多形容啦!每样都好!关于排队问题,我和朋友两个人,19.30pm去的,没有等,和别人拼桌的。翻桌很快,不用担心等太久。
