To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海濱這邊望住對面嘅遊艇，感覺心曠神怡。西班牙小辣椒小小咸有啲辛辣嘅小食。日本豬軟骨墨西哥薄餅配上味道酸甜的蕃茄莎莎。莎莎醬清爽的配搭烤出嚟嘅豬軟骨肉，肉質好香夾墨西哥薄餅，更有風味。大蝦濃汁虎蝦意大利蝴蝶粉虎蝦蝦肉彈牙，一點點黑椒味，入口大蝦濃汁的蝴蝶粉醬汁滿滿的。Sunshine Punch由血橙、鳳梨、紅石榴、萊姆汁調教飲料，味道帶出一點酸甜感覺。Vegan Daiquir由血橙、芒果、士多啤梨調教嘅飲料，帶一點點甜。
